What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everything is really really goid
Very understanding and easy to work with, never a dull moment
Always on top of their game making sure drivers and warehouse personnel have the tools to succeed

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im over worked and under paid! And a pay raise would compensate that.
Theres a lot of responsibility and physical labor at CORT. Especially for CDLs that are asked to be leads as well. We make these shows that bring in tons of revenue happen amidst the daily chaos. If the compensation was more there would be more motivation and less complacency all around.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work really really hard
I have been with this team a long time they are the best I treat them like family and they treat me like family I can't complain thank you
We all work well together since we all been there for years
Making sure everyone has the tools to succeed for the day
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Talking nicer to clients. Stop thinking stuff isn't fair
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the job and the people
We are a mixed group of culture we get along very good management is great they always plan very well I can't complain thank you
People are happy for the most part

Everything makes me happy at work
That's a little bit of a hard question cuz I'm very happy going to work working all day and looking forward to the next day thank you
Being out in the field helping customers
I am a driver being out on the open road could be a kind of stressful, but once you get to the job and get it done, it makes you happy
