    Im over worked and under paid! And a pay raise would compensate that.

    Theres a lot of responsibility and physical labor at CORT. Especially for CDLs that are asked to be leads as well. We make these shows that bring in tons of revenue happen amidst the daily chaos. If the compensation was more there would be more motivation and less complacency all around.

    Talking nicer to clients. Stop thinking stuff isn't fair
