Not much except the managers need to have better communication

Letting employees have fun, being able to communicate respectfully with employees

I absolutely love the people i work with and how easy it is to befriend and feel accepted with them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Needs better managers who focus on the store and its customers rather than looks, money, and stealing. Theft and customers leaving stores messy comes with managing anything with retail.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being told "i dont pay you to talk about your personal life" when multitasking and having conversations with not only other employees but customers as well as being treated like the bottom of the totem pole
