I love my coworkers but that has nothing to do with the company.

I do not believe they care aboht their employees like they say they do

My store manager is cery good about making sure people are recognized for their work
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was given a detailed and accurate breakdown of what the expectations were and they called me to hire me very quickly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have seven years of retail experience and im fourth in command of my store and i only make 50 cents above minimum wage. I got a bonus for the holiday season of $3 but they took that away the second the season ended.
