I work weekends at World Market as a sales associate and the amount of work that I have to do is not reflected in my pay. It is tremendous physical labor and the amount of customers is always horrendous because we are understaffed, most likely due to poor pay, and the managers can't help with it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The good customers recognizing that we are understaffed and making things easier for us is always the best part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The products that we sell are the most positive thing about working at this company. We also have great flexibility with our schedules. Other than that, there is nothing that stands out.
