Communication between distribution and district management/store level management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Reviewed and given one minimal raise (20-40 cents hourly) a year, not enough to sustain a household given the low starting wages. Employee reviews/eligibility for raises every 90 days as opposed to annually.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

CPWM not keeping well-being of employees in mind has led to poor morale thus leading to sinking sales and a lacking company image. Quarterly employee reviews/raises will be a driving motivator and a boost to overall employee morale. Sales and store image would improve greatly.
