Nothing as they had many people quit this company

Treat others fairly and equally.

Everything, they don't hire people with the right training and it will make employees quit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers would treat certain people badly while giving others the freedom to relax at work more
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one takes anything seriously and the bosses don't know how to communicate right to the employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We would have to do other people's work that was not the thing we got hired for, those people would get paid differently and got benefits.
