No one really stays for long at the store it seems. Management tends to push away anyone that doesnt act fake with them.

It's been awhile since I've interviewed for the store but it was easy to get hired

I like the store and the product that we carry, the other employees that I work with are good company as well
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better leadership. Our manager promoted his personal firend to a supervisor who constantly goes against the dress code and neglects all responsibility, he yells and belittles other employees. And our main manager let's him
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Toxic leadership. They tell us its company policy that they not work cause they need to be available if something is to arise but even when it is a job for them they drag their feet. The only supervisor that worked has left due to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current managers in the store constantly abuse their power, always on the phone or hiding in the office while the employees are overwhelmed with setting up Christmas and running the front. We dont have enough people for them to be sitting down a whole shift. They told us that it was corporate
