it was a quick and easy process
communication with staff, all the managers are great though, the only issue is the store manager
everyone on staff is kind and open minded and we all respect eachother enough to get along despite any differences.
everyone else on the team gets along really well and genuinely enjoys working together. we are able to keep the store running despite our managers shortcomings.
we are suffering from poor leadership causing everyone to feel uncertain about their future at the store. to solve this i would recommend we fire the store manager and either promote a current manager or hire a competent one.
we are expected to pick up the slack from our store managers lack of work yet we are only paid hourly and they collect salary even when they don’t show up (which is often). we are be expected to perform tasks above our pay grad
