Good pay and fair for work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no bonus and sick pay is very poorly
We need more gaps between the wages. Responsibilities that assistant managers have are very high comparing to the supervisors but the money difference is very low. hence the massive staff overturns everywhere
Undervalued by everything what met me on the carrier path with them. - wrongful treatment - No understanding - problem with holiday time and rest time and many many more
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone works really hard, they are very friendly
My colleges are very friendly and kind and we help eachother out
We all have each others back, doesnt matter how long you have worked in our team we all have each ithers back. Mainly cause we know what our manager is like and how horrid she is to us
Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Very patient with teaching on boarding staff
Very friendly warm very welcoming and extremely supportive all round amazing girls to work with

Customer service, standards, work ethics, following basic food hygiene requirements

everyone is very friendly, and we are capable of working well as a team.
Working with friends and having a laugh

Fair management who actually cares for staff and who would respond to messages or questions
