What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

everyone is very friendly, and we are capable of working well as a team.

Working with friends and having a laugh

Coworkers are nice people to interact with

We are multiculture and we all respect each-other

Regular customers are great to chat with

Positive are maybe fewer, team, customers but not all, free drinks during shift and 50% price food. Except those nothing at all

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fair management who actually cares for staff and who would respond to messages or questions
