Incompetent leadership at the highest level
New leadership that will be realistic, listen to concerns and are not gready.
If there weren't chronic staffing problems at every level they wouldn't have nearly the turnover. But they try and short staff every customer facing position to save money.
Need management with a tual experience
Put the right employees in the right place
Employees are afraid to engage and instead act in a way where the cannot be held accountable for their actions.
Senior Management is out of touch. They say one thing but if you pay attention they do the opposite.
