The overall goal of the company is admirable, but it's so chronically understaffed at each division as to be laughable. And there is no chance of understanding if you can't make up for your work plus the dozen others that are missing.

Team-mates at the same level try to have your back.

Friendly, but they don't tell you about the constant issue of downsizing via just not re-hiring anyone.

The team was a team, but everyone hates it and everyone knows it due to the staffing issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The immediate supervisors try to help, but in the end they are accountable for unrealistic expectations as well, so there is turnover there also.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If there weren't chronic staffing problems at every level they wouldn't have nearly the turnover. But they try and short staff every customer facing position to save money.
