Our pricing us out of reality. Compensation was changed and is running hood peopld out
Salary not comparable to others in the industry
Company is making record profits while cutting pay for worker bees
They dont believe in profitability bonuses. No incentive for reps to not write bad business.
Pay the industry standard wages aligned for the role

Corporate leadership needs yo be wholly replaced

Stop making me leave the office so that you can talk at me about how much harder I should be working in the office
Intervene with the leaders who are incompetent
Speaking to MANAGEMENT failure and redirect would be a new concept for them.

We need management who communicates reality and attainable goals

They lie about the potential of income. They make it soujd like reps will be making 6 figures. Not realistic at all.

Total restructure of leadership and comp plans

Incompetent leadership at the highest level
New leadership that will be realistic, listen to concerns and are not gready.
If there weren't chronic staffing problems at every level they wouldn't have nearly the turnover. But they try and short staff every customer facing position to save money.
