The company pays nothing and regularly lays off the top earners regardless of contribution.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing I can say about crane is that some good people get suckered into working there too so the company at a non-managerial level is cool.

Everyone hates dealing with crane because crane refuses to pay anything before 120 days have elapsed and require constant hounding. Dead beat company
