All about the money and crate cards with no incentives for employees

We in sales and merch actually work as a team, helping each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Return to a family oriented team -- closed on holidays (including Christmas and New Years eve). Retail is bottom of the barrel and CB isn't providing any incentives that will draw people in to work for their store.
