Worst company. Absolutely no diversity. They don’t like black people in general management positions in their stores for sure!!! Very discriminatory!!! Management only get bonuses and raises. Regular employees get nothing!

Listening to their employees! Understand what true diversity and inclusion really means!

Work together even without leadership. We don’t need the micromanagement of leadership to do our job

The customers! They help keep things positive! Without them the place would be a hellhole and very negative!!!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Management needs to treat every interviewer fairly and with respect. I was treated unfairly by the assistant manager. I was lucky I got a job. The manager liked me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you make your sales targets you should get a cut of the bonus not just the managers. Also everyone on the sales floor should work on some kind of commission or pay rate should be higher.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well maybe the company needs to be Americanize and not be ran be German standards!! Benchmark Toyota—- customer centric where also the employee is important as well. If you don’t treat employees as beneficial to your company and with respect then your company will not succee
