
I think actually pitting hires through the process and not iust letting the manager hire his friends who dont do their jobs might be a place to start
They make everyone here feel like trash. Almost everyone is looking for another job. The pay here with years of experience is over 2$ less than a fast food worker. Crate and barrel as a company does not care about its employees or customers.
Most opinions of any lower worker is immediately squashed. the back of house manager will take credit for the idea on the extremely rare occasion that its heard. They lie and cheat to make themselves look better. Theyve openly screamed at associates in front if customers and worse in private.
The leadership teams needs to replace the back of house manager. He is verbally abusive to the associate who aren not his friends that dont do their jobs. Which never gets told to the head manager. He has destroyed the way we fulfill customer needs prioritizing himslef over all. Incapable of his job
