I was fired by this company after 13 years due to not updating my medical information while on leave due to a stroke and in a coma. Once I awoke HR sent me an image of my termination papers being returned because I was not at home. I was not called or emailed or my family informed. Fail.

It is a mad rush but holiday candy is served if at the holidays

Allow each employee to offer suggestions to facilitate operations and treat all employees equally and fairly

Adhere to local and federal business mandates while recommending employees that hold a massive amount of company knowledge and expertise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The end of commission cut my pay in half and there were pay and hiring freezes keeping pay at a tragic level while my time card was often altered to minimize the hours I actually worked.
