What did you like most about the interview process?Quick and face to face. Just a basic interview which didn't take long

What are some of the best things about your team?Good diversity of people who work hard
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Pay. I'm making 25% below the going rate, and haven't had a penny's raise in 3 years. I won't be there for a fourth. If they're trying to drive away talented employees, they're succeeding.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management simply doesn't care. I'm underpaid, I have to work with team members who are unqualified, and they create substandard products. I haven't spoken to my "manager" for three months.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Pay the going rate. Make sure the members of the team are qualified. Penalize co-workers who repeatedly lie to team members, management, and the client.
