- What would you most like to see improved at your company?Pay. I'm making 25% below the going rate, and haven't had a penny's raise in 3 years. I won't be there for a fourth. If they're trying to drive away talented employees, they're succeeding.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management simply doesn't care. I'm underpaid, I have to work with team members who are unqualified, and they create substandard products. I haven't spoken to my "manager" for three months.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Pay the going rate. Make sure the members of the team are qualified. Penalize co-workers who repeatedly lie to team members, management, and the client.
