They travel to the different labs to be able to meet with them in person and make efforts to be available and communicate changes and events.

My team is an awesome group of people capable of doing what is asked and even more. Willing to help others out and put in extra work where needed so projects will be successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When offered shares in the company for my current position, felt like I was invested to help the company succeed even more than before. I wish there were more opportunities like that and more opportunities to grow and contribute more.
