I wake up happy to go into work everyday, I love this company but no company is perfect. There needs to be more emphasis and attention to those working beyond their role and adjusting their compensation for retention.

We all show kindness and understanding whenever we are on calls or have appointments to run to. Very family oriented culture so we get along very well

I believe if we dig deeper into the role and tasks and even the additional hats worn at times by the employee we can see where compensation to some can feel undervalued.
