I have been here for 2 years, I loved the growth of the company but once Vlad left, things have become unpredictable.

My manager and her support make me happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team is very positive and always willing to work and learn together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team works great under our manager, she utilizes our strengths to make our projects succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very open and diverse, everyone gets to participate in different projects and are able to voice their opinion.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when our projects are complete and also knowing that we are doing our part in assisting people with Covid testing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a goal to provide covid testing to all wether they can pay for it or not, our goal is to test all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team is what makes working at this company very special, we all work together and are dedicated to do our part to test as many people as possible for covid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With in my positions I have always been paid less per hour for the amount of tasks I do. There are people who do less tasks/responsibilities and get paid almost double than me.
