Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do think they starting pay os good. However i feel the pay difference between the TSS and site leads is not adequate. Also i dont see thwre are raises for people being here over a year. Most companies offer 3 or 6 months percentage raises or yearly.
