I like working for Curative and have worked here since the early days. The pace is very frantic and never seems to slow down. The constant stress does get to me because the expectations are so high. On the other hand, I have learned so much working here and am very proud of what I've accomplished
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I joined Curative to help fight Covid. It was an inspiring place to work during the pandemic. As the pandemic wound down and we transitioned to being a health insurance company, the culture took a negative turn. What started out as an inspiring start-up has turned into corporate bland culture.

My coworkers are fine, but there is no comradery in my department. I don't feel super connected to my coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I enjoy my work, but the atmosphere in the office is very negative. I never know where I stand or what my future here looks like.

Even though Salaried Employees have Flex Time off with no limits, the culture does not seem to want to give enough time off for employees. I'd rather know how much time off I get per year and then not feel guilty taking it.
