I was FORTUNATE to land on the team I did. I am so grateful I work with smart, hardworking and kind people and they are accountable too.
What makes you most happy at work?
No day has been the same and the potential to make a mark on doing good for all communities with access to healthcare and the work needed is exhilarating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Curative provides perks that other companies historically do not provide which total in cost savings throughout the week. This also keeps employees together during lunch and break time which allows for comradery and department building that otherwise isn't possible during the workday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a new employee so I am learning what's positive. Curative is a new company so there is risk in leaving an established company for a "start up." But I believe in Curative's mission and the sweat equity of leadership and those here. I see Curative all in all doing great things for a LONG time.
