I've had a pretty difficult year working at Curative.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A lot. this place has been toxic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm not being used at my full potential. Also where is this company really going?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

All these temporary employees not the best idea. New people not being compliant with policy.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

That's a pretty broad question. I think leadership needs to change. Needs to be a new revamp of leadership

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Know their role within the company. Too many people trying to be in charge. I've seen leads ask people to do something and they definitely ignored their lead.
