When I first joined the company I was motivated and excited. I thought I was joining to make a difference in the pandemic and public health and patient care were priority. I was disappointed that I rarely have interaction with my manager. With sound structural changes this can be a great company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel my team is supportive and encouraging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex time off, bonuses, 401k matching, multiple healthcare plans.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do not feel there is anything positive about the culture. Staff & supervisors can be disrespectful & rude. Management makes demeaning statements no support provided for success. I believe Curative facilitates this behavior because bad behavior is rewarded by promotions or shifting departments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of respect, enforce an environment where respect is mandatory even on slack. Favoritism, stop rewarding people who do not earn it, sets a false perception. Effective communication, management should be required to meet with all staff not just the ones they like or feel are more important.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better communicate & adequate training which is mandatory for success. Also,there is a lot of favoritism and promotions are based on who you know and not the work you do. I feel these surveys will not make an impact. I do not believe it is anonymous and will eventually my truth will impact me.
