It has not been a good experience for me. I was recruited for one position and feel as if I am now doing a different position. There is a significant lack of communication and believe I am only expected to manage the toxicity that is happening at my location It has caused much stress and unhappiness

We need a stronger mission and vision - strong core values and an executive leadership team that is dedicated to making Curative a great place to work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Curative is chaotic at best with little direction to the future. The speed that it works at is detrimental to it's long-term success. The leaders that they put in place are toxic and many of them are bully's. They are very inexperienced.
