What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to learn new things and my manager pushing to make me grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Specifically my manager has been great and seems like they will like to see me grow and is pushing for me to be in a higher department. I like that I am not being held to my position.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When I received my "training" it was only for 2 days then I was thrown in to try and figure things on my own. I wish people were a little more open to questions and not seem irritated to lend help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy that the company seems like they care about their employees. I do want to thank our Executives about the daily meals they offer because this is one less stress to worry about on what I am going to eat for lunch. First please I worked that offered this and I love it!
