Customer Care takes the brunt of patient anger and discord. I am amazed everyday by my team's dedication to help our patients.

Curative is an inclusive environment. The leadership takes into account many ways to highlight our diversity and the strengths such an environment can offer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have never had such extensive benefits. I know that the exec team has stated that in Q1, we will implement Cost of Living increases and I am excited for that.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the chances to become a better, more experienced person. Curative has given me tools I can use in my career here and beyond. I look forward to more opportunities to learn and advance in my career with Curative.
