I think there's a lot of bumps in the road but overall our message is clear and continues to inspire folks. We are focusing on our people more in our management and I think if we continue this trend we can really pick up our culture where it needs to go!

Commitment to the cause, despite there being trauma from layoffs. They really do work hard!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our pathway to better our culture. Right now we're trying to emphasize the work hard play hard mentality but we're still struggling to push that "keep working" mentality.
