I love the company as a whole and I love my team, but I find that our company is typically reactive rather than proactive. I also find that it can sometimes be a dead end for people career wise as there aren't many opportunities for educational advancement or development.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Knowing 100% sure that my team values me, stands behind me, and that they will support me if I need help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership team in DC is collaborative and focused on a "one lab" mentality. Everyone is able to communicate and work out issues collectively for the benefit of the group, and I feel like this is a very effective means of working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know that my team genuinely cares about the people that we represent. Each of the managers works so hard to ensure that all of our CLAs are accounted for and happy at work. They are a creative group of people and always have employees at the forefront of their mind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive thing about our culture is the fact that it is improving at the DC location. For a while, the culture seemed horrible and morale was low. We seem to finally be in a position where things are on the upswing, so we are having better experiences at work.
