I feel respected and heard. I feel like I can ask questions and not worry about feeling silly or judged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the credits that are applied to our insurance packages. I appreciate that I could add life insurance and additional insurance in case I am hospitalized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We deal with people who are sick and sometimes frustrated. I appreciate that management encourages a positive work environment and creates a space where we can feel comfortable making mistakes so we can learn and become great employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel that all employees of curative and my coworkers have been carefully chosen, properly trained and the company has invested in them equally. I feel I can trust my coworkers to handle concerns with the same care I have when I need their assistance with an issue or project.
