Hourly rate pay is good.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Respecting employees, professionalism, better training, following covid safety guidelines and protocols, and recognizing good employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I think the company culture is great, but maybe a little more interaction from executives would make it even better.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most of my cowrokers are very professional and some are friends outside of work but none of that matters while at work. We work very well together!

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to use my knowledge about the company and out prodcedures to help customers or when I get to use ASL to communicate with customers or when I get to help kids or people with mental disabilities relax about the testing process. I love helping people.
