Well I'm just a contractor so that was deceiving. It's been good due to the clients and my team but that's about it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making our clients feel less stressed since I can ease that with our testing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is detailed oriented, quick learning, excellent communication skills and we all get truly get along.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team. Without a fully functional team I would not work here. It is only luck we all get along in a tiny space.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is cool BUT needs to work on his reactions and actually be present during work. I find us alone all the time due to "meetings" etc so with that being said Curative needs less meetings perhaps or it's a lie.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued since our team is always present yet our manager is not. The hours make no sense and our lunches are very brief and not paid for. I would like a full 8 hour shift available to us and a paid lunch included since we don't have an actual building.
