This job has given me so many opportunities by working with multiple teams and projects that I feel I can succeed in many aspects of work. I have grown my skills set from being part of a company that has undergone change and growth
The tenacity and willpower to get stuff done
Trying out the new healthcare insurance
I do appreciate that we get our lunches paid for
That there is always new projects. You are never sitting idly waiting
That I have people who share the same struggles as me with keeping up with new changes,
That they provide constant feedback on how well we are doing and the progress we have on the company.
I like that that I have built a good relationship with my coworkers inside and outside of work. That has helped us build our relationship with working for this company
Working from home. It allows everyone the flexibility of being able to complete their work as their time allows while also keeping us fully engaged to updates and changes throughout the day on our channels of communication.
Getting to chat with coworkers I haven't talked to in a while due to working on different projects. Being able to see coworkers post their pets, achievements, interests and improvements to their health in non-work company channels.
Putting in the countless hours to make sure Curative meets its goals. Our exec team makes themselves available at the end of day everyday to listen our company's updates and have open space for departments to discuss any concerns and recommendations.
Getting a chance to connect with people across the US and around the world. I appreciate the company's culture of working from home since we get to meet people from so many different backgrounds without leaving our home. My team has encouraged me to travel to new places.
Healthcare! I don't think any company I or anyone else I know works for who has a better healthcare package than Curative. I fully utilize our $0 copay and $0 prescribed medications. I no longer have to worry about extra fees when going to my PCP, Urgent Care or ER.
After many departments closing out, I feel as an employee there is not much room for growth within the company. I use to aspire to work in different departments due to past projects working interdepartmentally. I feel that as an employee I will soon hit a ceiling and will have to move on to the next
After layoffs and lack of holiday benefits in the past year, the company morale has really dropped. In the past years the company use to provide a holiday incentive for the employees as a thank you for our hardwork. Maybe a thank you party or small gift as a thank you to the employees who stayed on
