I love working for curative the company itself not the people that work with me unfortunately not everyone is able to work under these work settings. Team Managers or Supervisors do not pay close attention to the employees they have. We can go weeks withouth getting noticed.

Upper management is great but the team managers or supervisors are not.

They need to improve the customer service qualities they have. They need to be more obedient when it comes to leadership.
