The overall work is simple and well compensated. It is difficult to live in constant insecurity never knowing if you'll have a job the next day, though. It would also be nice if site leads were held accountable. There is no way to bring up issues with site leads without facing repercussions.

I didn't receive a compensation package.

The leadership team trusts the employees they've hired and they done micromanage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The site techs on my team are personable and have good work ethic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Site lead are not held accountable where they should be. If discrepancies are brought up they are generally pushed aside.
