So far, so good. The future looks good.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving problems and helping people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Competitive pay. Haven't really tapped into the bennies yet so I really cannot comment on those.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

TBH I have been here < 2 months and really have no idea who the leadership team is.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Open and honest communication. Everyone has realistic expectations of what can and should be done to achieve goals..

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I'm not really sure how to answer this. Everyone around me seems to be pretty positive and in good spirits but I'm not sure if that is the culture or if everyone is just having a good go at life.
