My salary is the best part of my compensation package.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers lack knowledge and experience related to the work they do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are a few folks on cross functional teams that are open to collaborating and finding effective and efficient solutions to problems.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Several leaders lack experience in their role. Communication between department leadership is non-existent. There has been no communication regarding the company's financial health.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers don't have the skills or experience to do their jobs well. It feels as though everything is approached like a college project rather than leveraging established best practices that have been developed in my field.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating. We have heard nothing about the financial health of the company which makes our equity worthless. Leveraging existing resources from declining lines of business for new projects and LOBs. Focus on hiring from within from departments that are being reduced.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. Also leveraging folks with experience rather than those who are simply attempting to develop solutions. Those who lack experience keep attempting to solve problems they don't understand and end up costing us resources. Also need to minimize military lingo and culture. It's alienating.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm offered stock options but there has been zero discussion regarding the financial health of the company and whether or not there is future value of those options. They are a considerable portion of my overall compensation and I would prefer a salary increase or incremental bonuses.
