I enjoy the work, the pay is good, and you can get good experience working here. But promotions are hard, the workflow is fast, and management can be difficult to deal with at times.

Better raise policy. More PTO per year. A clearer work schedule and daily agenda that does not change many times a day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dividing the work better and more fair. Overseeing all shifts including the graveyard shift. Giving longer deadlines for projects and more time to adjust to new policies.
