I've worked with Curative during the COVID Lab days and I wouldn't want to work for any other company-- they spoil me and treat me right in comparison!

Very transparent communication and has an open-door-policy.

Improve transparency about Curative 2.0 and what that means what would happen for the rest of the 3 HCLs

Best things about my team is that we share similar work ethic and are aligned when it comes to tackling on projects.

Leadership team is open for questions and comments in the internal Slack channel #ask-exec-team granting us the platform to freely communicate with them.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at Curative is the "crack on/moving forward" mission that is reflective on the work we accomplish
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time off for salary employees is very desirable and flexible to my needs. It's a lot better than what other companies I've worked for offer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, there is a lot of uncertainty within the integrity of the labs. Lot of information being passed around and unfortunately it's not being addressed by C-Suite.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having supportive leadership team who spark my growth in opportunities to learn and show my skillset. I enjoy being good at my work and my leadership make me feel good about the work I produce.
