From the lab in San Dimas to remote work, Curative has gone through some dramatic changes and growth , and all of them have been vastly interesting to watch, but I have seen companies rise and fall, and this is one I wish to see to keep rising.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that someone exhales a sigh of relief when they are assisted with booking an appointment, makes being cussed out by conspiracy theorist youtbers worth it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the things I can appreciate about my team personally is that they are working towards providing the best solution possible, even to their own "mistakes", everyone is motivated to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally speak the leadership team is involved with their subordinates, including myself in a positive way for professional growth, from what I observed nothing is brought negatively but more of a learning opportunity. I can appreciate practices such as this more than some snack table.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a platform to speak to the management staff. As a basic element to Curative's operations being able to bring up concerns or even discrepancies and voicing them openly. Also team leads encouraging others to continue growing even after errors, is huge, to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a father, knowing that Curative has provided a healthcare package that has suited the needs of my son in a recent emergency room visit has been a god send to our family. It is ultimately one of the things I am certain that I can count on in a uncertain world.
