The leadership team could offer more transparent communication in terms of company goals and priorities as well as where the company is headed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The field operations teams have been on edge since testing volume has decreased and significant cuts have been made to staffing. No one knows if their job is going to last, which creates a very tense, negative environment.
