What are some of the best things about your team?

We work well with each other as we have a respect for one another and are willing to go above and beyond for our team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We helped reduce the impact of COVID-19. Even though nothing was done about our complaints, upper management was willing to hear us, or at least told us to speak to HR.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The field ops team has been constantly scrutinized with threats of write-ups and/or terminations (ie. "we can find someone else who will do that job). All the while other departments make mistakes which go unnoticed. This creates a toxic work environment.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Creating fully, well thought out plans for new protocols and not relying on the managers and staff to figure out how to implement new procedures without the proper resources. Also, coming up with realistic and practically attainable goals that won't lead to RIFs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Job description does not reflect my actual duties that have been added nor was I compensated for them. My counter-parts in other regions have far less work/sites, and have the same salary as me. Our vision insurance is of no use as our vision exams are the only thing being paid for.
