Blake Lackey and Ronald Corella are phenomenal leaders. I have worked under different leaders throughout my career with Curative, but these two do it right and value the employees below them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly for my time and the value I bring to the company and the bonus packages are a great perk to keep employees motivated as well as feely appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a veteran, it is awesome to work for a company that hires so many veterans. I enjoy that the team is comprised of like minded individuals and that even when things are tough, we can bring humor into the conversation.
