the pay, the benefits, the ability to work from home are all fantastic and are the sole motivator keeping me with curative. i have warned many friends that working here means trading those good points for an insecure, often toxic company with questionable morals

this company does not value its employees, it does not respect us as individuals, there is no sense that curative will ever be loyal to the people who work hard, just those who are well connected
