Open for a better change. Open for crossed training. Accomodating and welcoming.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that what we do will improve anyone lives. It will give good impact for better health and society for awareness of living healthy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe I should be paid by my experience and going beyond my role and supporting other area and meeting all the deadlines of my manager says or assigned task.

What makes you most happy at work?

That I will inspired anyone at work through expertise and great attitude towards working to them. That I will learn something new each day I come. I will have the opportunity to share and hear experiences.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Professionalism attitude. Acknowledgement of hard work of everyone. Fair decision making. Rewards and recognition should be part of quarterly based performance. Fair respect regardless of the seniority of individual. Be punctual enough to support the team.
